Yoga helps calm the mind, quiet the inner critic, and tune into our inner source of inspiration.
By combining physical movement with conscious breathing, yoga awakens our senses and gets us present in our bodies. This mindfulness allows us to tap into our intuition, access our creative subconscious, and bring forth new ideas.
